Some may also feel overwhelmed with life's challenges, as well as angry, discouraged and have a lack of motivation. I can help them learn how to identify and prioritize their personal needs, how to communicate more effectivelyl and how to assert for themselves. Individuals can begin to heal from emotional wounds and become stronger and healthier in their spirituality as well as emotionally and physically. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, families and have specialized training in trauma-related issues, particularly sexual abuse and assault.
