Duites and Responsibilities: •Responsible in sourcing ,evaluating vendors ,product research and negotiating prices and terms of purchased materials either local or imported with low cost but quality standards. •Coordinates with the suppliers and makes necessary arrangements for processing discrepancy found on the supplier items and materials, and inform supplier of the disposition.•Coordinates with the requesting departments on the specification, quantity, quality and required delivery date for the requested items.•Identify, accredit, evaluate and develop suppliers and other external sources.•Negotiates and places orders for equipment, spare parts, raw materials, production supplies and services based on the approved purchase requests.•Source out alternative suppliers as well as work on item localisation for cost competitiveness.•Conducts visits and audit to vendors supplying critical items to ensure that basic requirements are complied with.•Monitors and reports evaluation results to Management as well as the concerned vendors on new products and items under evaluation.•Secure, analyse and negotiate quotation from different suppliers, and entertains sales representatives introducing their products.•Monitor and follow up status of purchase orders, expedite and reschedule deliveries based on the schedule.•Check and approves the quotation /invoices sent by the suppliers •Remains continually updated on new products and services and identifying prospective suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Responsible in import shipment, handle damaged cargo claim and prepare necessary shipping documents.• Ensure the accuracy of information based on shipping documents and process the Peza import permit prior the shipment arrival. • Monitoring and checking of the shipment billing from service providers and prepare cost application for payment. • Liaising with the service providers, warehouse operations, haulers for the shipment delivery schedule and dealing promptly with any issues relating to the cargo/delivery status.• Coordination with purchasing and other department the project schedule to obtain the delivery and meet the production requirements.• Prepare monthly insurance report both import and export. • Conduct inventory to support the warehouse team in checking all stocks.

Duties and Responsibilities: •BILLING SPECIALISTResponsible in billing ,debit and credit note preparation for both import and export, reconciliation of Accounts Receivables/Payables for foreign accounts, prepares request for service commission/rebate of clients both import and export shipments, monthly aging AR/AP for foreign accounts and prepares Journal Voucher of all settled accounts monthly. Attends to client for the billing enquiries. • IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEResponsible in data entry in systems ,monitoring of shipments and arrival status , preparation and endorsement of shipping documents to clients /brokers, coordination to clients and overseas agent the shipping details and status of released and unreleased cargo. Recommends service improvement to satisfy the customers. •SALES ASSISTANTAssisting the unit in generating sales and efficient monitoring shipments. Conducts research on prospect accounts, telemarketing and set ups appointment with customer.Handles customer concern effectively.Monitor the status of bookings from pick up to deliveries and inform the clients and Account Manager accordingly.
