- Monitors and commands Viasat’s geostationary satellites on a 24/7/365 rotating shift basis, conducting performance checks and issuing commands to maintain functionality, ensuring consistent satellite operations and service reliability- Responds to satellite and network alarms, triaging anomalies and coordinating troubleshooting activities with engineers, utilizing JIRA for anomaly reporting and tracking, contributing to efficient fault analysis and resolution- Developed an XML script to automate the generation of spacecraft telemetry reports to analyze archived data for key subsystems, improving trend detection and streamlining the telemetry analysis process- Enhances team efficiency by adding and updating content on the company Wiki and ensuring up-to-date telemetry pages- Creates and updates operational procedures by collaborating with spacecraft engineers and testing STOL procedures via Git and dynamic spacecraft simulators.
