Our team implements tools that are automating equipment downtime, replacing paper documentation with a paperless solution, installing an energy manager real-time monitoring program for water, gas, and electrical usage reduction, and predictive maintenance analysis to capture abnormalities before equipment failure.

As Roswell plant business owner, drove SAP implementation across eight departments with 600 employees. Provided on-site management support during the SAP implementations in seven of nine Leprino plants. • Conceived overall action plan to address training, change management, and project coordination with corporate resources.• Maintained project under plant budget by 30% spending $700,000 of a $1 million-dollar budget.

Oversaw 14 supervisors and 122 employees within the cheese department which consisted of two manufacturing lines processing 110 truckloads of milk to produce 800,000 to 1 million pounds of cheese a day alongside the Production and Department manager.

Initial focus was to implement SAP. Project stalled at Corporate level and role shifted to technical and safety training for the cheese department.

Created a blog for moms balancing fitness and children during tough toddler years. With personal training certification and wellness coaching training, built platform to an average of 3,000 visitors a month.
