Sr. Business Operations Analyst
Current-Work with business owners, Business Technologies team, and/or IT to prioritize change requests-Work with Business Systems/Technologies to identify and resolve process pain points using process reengineering techniques and through system enhancements-Work with IT, business owners, and Business Technology teams to identify where we can improve ROI of existing tools or consolidate tools-Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Legal to review and document peripheral process touch points with Customer Experience Operations processes
