• Manage Purchasing and Product Engineering sections (20 people), which has full responsibility of commercial (direct operations, indirect operations and services) and technical aspects of the company;• Manage ERP system (IBM AS400) information inputting, tooling control, support new product implementation, support logistic and quality department in solving logistic and quality issues with suppliers;• Manage company supply chain, prepare 3 to 5 years strategic plan for each commodity, in comply with company growth and follow the progress;• Conduct and analyze supplier performance evaluation, to ensure the support for short and long term objectives. Perform periodically visits and take assertive position with suppliers who doesn’t perform accordingly;• Monitoring department yearly objectives by specific KPI’s and take countermeasures about delays, using PDCA tool (Plan, Do, Check, Act);• Manage the department budgets, developing and implementation strategies in line with company goal and financial results;• Manage new supplier integration process in the panel, by best value of material using QCD tool (quality, cost, delivery); total purchasing cost analyze before decide supplier implementation;• Conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding components price and purchasing contracts;• Present periodically department objectives status, purchasing reports, purchasing strategies for Top Management;• Responsible of department staff recruitment, staff evaluation, team coordinating and motivation;• EGP (European Group Purchasing) member. EGP has the responsibility of improvement and development of current purchasing activities in group European factories (Romania, UK and Germany). Create a reliable supply chain in Europe for European factories.

• Coordinate Product Engineering Section, a group of 5 people responsible of all commodities;• Coordinate launching of new components and tracking of engineering changes of existing components;• Coordinate ERP system (IBM AS400) inputted information, about supplier panel and components used in production;• Support new product launches in coordinate with NPI team (New Product Implementation);• Direct responsible of two commodities: plastics (injection, blow molding, thermoforming) and die casting (aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, magnesium alloys), for technical and commercial aspects; • Build a strong relationship with company key suppliers;• Lead new supplier integration process in the panel: supplier visiting, supplier assessments and supplier development;• Conduct negotiations with assigned suppliers: price and purchasing contracts;• Investigate problems, complete root cause analysis, and assists in developing solutions for supply chain problems;• Monitoring department yearly objectives by specific KPI’s and take countermeasures about delays;• Present periodically department objectives status for Top Management.

• Launch new components and tracking engineering changes of existing components;• Support new product launches in coordinate with NPI team (New Product Implementation);• Provide technical and sourcing expertise for the qualification and development of suppliers;• Responsible of a group of suppliers (various commodities), for technical and commercial aspects; create a strong relationship with them;• Preparation and execution of RFQ’s (Request of Quotations): select technical drawings, calculate annual forecast;• Prepare cost comparison and cost brake down analyze received from suppliers; negotiate price with suppliers;• Identify, attract and propose new sources of supply, make recommendations regarding addition/ deletions to supplier panel, according with company policy; • Start negotiation of purchasing contract with suppliers and monitoring account;• Support Logistic and Quality department in solving logistic or quality problems with suppliers.
