• Lead a team of CNAs and Program Aides, overseeing the care of 30 residents in a CBRF • Administer medication to residents• Communicate with residents’ Physicians and family members to manage their health and wellbeing• Reorder and manage residents’ medication per Doctors’ orders• Maintain accurate documentation on all residents

• Travel to various job sites (Assisted Living and Memory Care CBRF) to assist residents with activities of daily living based on their own unique needs such as bathing, grooming, feeding, laundry, dressing and any other tasks needed by the resident.• Keep up with general cleanliness of the facilities.

• Assist elderly, physically and/or mentally disabled residents with all activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, laundry, behavior management, etc.• Supervise a team of people to ensure that the building’s tasks are completed and the residents’ needs are met• Administer medication• Keep documentation on all residents up to date and accurate, paying attention to any changes in condition and addressing these changes

• Sort all classes of mail and packages for my route• Deliver mail and packages in a timely and proficient manner to the customers• Collect mail and packages from customers on my route• Keep customer addresses up to date and accurate

• Travel throughout the state and inform Union members of their benefits available to them• Tailor Life Insurance plans to suit the needs of these Union members• Follow through with sale and writing up the policies for members• Gain referrals from members for other prospective policyholders

• Operate a mechanical wedge and/or a sledgehammer to separate product from reusable iron on a "shake table" and sort them before being dumped into bins• Operate various compressed air-powered hand tools to prepare and finalize a product up to customer specifications• Ensure quality of products before being loaded onto a pallet for shipment• Build pallets of iron castings using a mechanical hook• Clean up work environment at the end of shift or as needed• Assist robotic machine operators in the finalizing of iron-casted products and sort into bins
