• Supervised the evaluation of six chronic disease grants (CDC, ASTHO, and NACDD) by developing evaluation plans and data collection tools, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, submitting performance measure and evaluation reports, writing health impact statements and manuscripts, etc.• Monitored and analyzed diabetes and heart disease-related surveillance data to inform grant and strategic plan-related efforts, and ensure the general public has access to relevant information.• Wrote grant applications by providing data, creating work and evaluation plans, and using data and community insight to prioritize populations.• Provided data insights, reviewed bill language, and developed evaluation plans for diabetes and heart disease-related legislation.
