Working for Australia's Number 1 Automotive site requires leading a team of high performing Account Managers, BDM's and Consultants overseeing roughly 3000 Automotive dealers and agencies nationally. The Account Managers ensure we remain the number one destination for dealers and vehicles listed online by servicing our clients and providing solutions through data, insights and products.The Advertising Specialist team services the same set of clients with products such as display, retargeting, SEM and social media opportunities.The Business Consultancy team works in our clients businesses to increase profitability, improve processes and increase efficiencies.

The role involves managing three customer facing teams that are responsible for revenue growth and account management with every car, bike, truck, caravan, farm and machinery dealer in Australia.The three teams include a Performance Management team, Advertising team and Outbound team. This accounts for 92 staff.The Performance Management team are mainly responsible for the service and management of our clients to ensure they remain on our site and increase the stock levels published on all our verticals. Their revenue line is realted to products that help dealers sell particular stock items.The Advertising team works parallel to the Performance team and is a sales focused team. Their revenue is generated using display, SEM and programmatic products.The Outbound team is a phone based team that services our smaller and regional clients. They are responsible for 2,200 retailers and have a revenue line that uses a combination of the Advertising and Performance team products.

The role manages a team of 82 national dealer facing staff responsible for Business Development, Account Management and Photography Services.The dealer client base includes Automotive, Bikes, Boats, Homes, Lifestyle & Leisure and Trucks.

I was responsible for the National Display Team that that sold display advertising products to car, truck, bike, boat, caravan and farm machinery clients.

I was directly managing a sales team in NSW and QLD that sold display advertising to car dealers. In this time we rapidly grew display revenue and the size of the sales team.

I am on the Board of Director the Sydney Kings Ltd. Sydney Kings is a professional basketball organisation that plays in the National Basketball League. I'am also the Director of Human Resources for the organisation.

I started in the automotive industry as a new car sales representative. With my success in exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction I quickly rose to the position of General Manager. I was responsible for the operations and profitability of the business by managing the sales, service and parts team of a Holden and Hyundai franchise.
