• Managing an online market dealing with the promotion and marketing of it.• Supporting customers so they have an excellent online experience and return again.• Design and Illustration for the website and market for many of the products we sell.• Manage staff and their times including the management of sponsorships and suppliers.

• Calling customers and arranging payment plans for outstanding debt.• Conversing and dealing with potentially vulnerable customers to help them manage debt.• Working in a target driven environment.• Managing/organising breaks and overtime schedules using Excel within a team.

• Organizing and scheduling appointments for accountants.• Generating, Following up and Converting Leads into sales.• Using the phone and way of speech to sell a service confidently and efficiently.• Organization of files and diaries using Excel, logging times, rescheduling and catering to client's needs.
