In my role as a Cyber Security Analyst for Darktrace, I am responsible for reporting threat findings in customer environments and assisting with Darktrace's 24/7 SOC.

Progressing from Cyber Technologist to Cyber Technology Specialist is recognition from Darktrace that I have demonstrated technical excellence and the ability to work with customers with more complex deployments.My role primarily consists of architecting the ideal deployment for customers, pre/post-sales engineering and playing the role of an analyst in some cases.

As a Cyber Technologist, I am responsible for providing technical and cyber defence expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales cycles. During pre-sales, I architect and deliver trials of Darktrace's solutions. In post-sales, I architect full post-trial deployments and ensure the customer's success along the way. A successful deployment allows Darktrace to provide real-time defence and hardening of the customer's key assets.

At Premier Technology Solutions (PTS), my role involves developing cyber security solutions to help expand into the cyber security market.

My role at Bushman Insect Repellent included working on a production line, boxing items, stacking pallets and keeping the factory generally clean & free of clutter.

My role at OR Design Labs was to utilise the IDE Xcode and the Swift programming language to aid the development of the app 'Creptrack' for iOS. This included bringing all the front-end and UI elements together to create a fully functioning app and making sure builds run on multiple iPhone formats and iOS versions.

My role as a member of Woolworths' night-fill crew was to restock shelves, clean aisles and shelves, provide customer service - general greeting and asking if assistance is required - and unloading pallets to roll cages to be then taken out to the shop floor.

A few weeks prior to the public announcement that Masters Home Improvement were shutting down their stores, I was employed to assist in what would be the increased amount of customers due to the closing down sales.My role was to greet customers and provide assistance, be it helping find an item or helping put heavier items in customers' cars. I worked in the landscaping and gardening section, meaning I was often moving heavier items, so effective communication when guiding electric stackers was one of the more important tasks I had.
