After successful rotations within the Engineering Design, Engineering Construction and Planning departments, Chris joined in a full time capacity in late 2009.Chris currently oversees contracts worth in excess of $10 million and is involved in feasibility, servicing, design, construction and project management functions on numerous projects. Working closely with industry partners, SPEL Environmental, Chris has been involved in Victoria’s first two projects to include Floating Wetlands. Completed for local government and Melbourne Water, the stormwater harvesting and re-use are the first schemes to employ this technology, which is now being implemented by Melbourne Water for waste water treatment. This cutting edge approach can reduce the area required for stormwater treatment by up to two thirds.Chris operates in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors with regard to Sustainability andTechnology issues. In the last two years, Christopher has overseen the implementation of an internationally celebrated brand refresh for Millar | Merrigan and played a major role in the opening of the Company’s first regional office in Gippsland.
