About Cynthia Davis
Advocacy is an important part of my life, and I believe that with genuineness, transparency, honesty, and good intention, that anything can be accomplished. Non-profit work is my biggest passion, as I can expand advocacy work into programs and implement change locally and beyond.I have been working as an advocate around George Mason University and northern Virginia, with experiences working on political campaigns, lobbying at the VA statehouse in Richmond, leading grass root groups and working as a program manager for the non-profit HireGround. I've also been invited to publicly speak about issues important to me, as I have two Tedx talks about the importance of diversity in the art world and in the mental health field.
