Following a successful Pilot project, SLT endorsed extending implementation of this solution to all the Ministry’s Posts.Successful Delivery:• Successfully presented critical analysis and risk assessment of the existing outsourcing proposal and secured SLT agreement not to proceed with a globally outsourced model.• Withdrew Government Tender RFP and amicably concluded negotiations with live vendor.• Designed and presented alternative solution and business case securing SLT endorsement for a four Post Pilot (Washington, Nuku'alofa, Rome and Bangkok).• Successfully implemented best practice principles methodology to Pilot Posts and secured SLT endorsement and budget for global implementation.• Recruited team to deliver current state assessment, gap analysis with best practice and future state process design for 56 Posts (this involved distinct processes, implementation and change management for 56 Posts across the world).• LES Tax Strategy paper developed, presented to, and endorsed by SLT in April 2014.Between October 2014 and August 2015 provided Project Management and Planning to the Asia and America's Group to support for various projects and initiatives.
