• Manage the operations and technology of the Facilities Administration Data Management unit. Plan, organize, analyze, direct, and control activities related to space management, move management (MAC), facilities library, Computer Aided Design and development.• Chair the Space Survey committee of senior executives. Manage the survey process, data quality and training of approximately 250 designated space administrators within the Research, Clinical and Administrative operations across 15 million gsf. • Build relationships and collaborate with individuals across the institution for successful outcomes of common goals, tasks and reports related to space, use and location information. Develop strategies for data integration to meet business needs.• Generate departmental policies, procedures and training to ensure quality of managed data, metrics and their use within KPIs, systems or strategic master plans. Audit data quality.• Supervise personnel in the production of the business unit’s products and services. Make hiring decisions for staff positions. Conduct performance evaluations, resolve personnel issues, make recommendations for promotions, salary and other personnel matters including training and staff development• Develop tools, reports, dashboards and processes to enhance facility and institutional owned systems. Provide superior customer service by anticipating and understanding the customer’s needs and implementing business solutions.• 12 years of experience managing an enterprise information system in a healthcare/academic work environment. Manage the space allocation and reporting of 15 million GSF across 165 buildings on multiple sites through Archibus IWMS software. Responsible for establishing facility data standards, naming and numbering conventions, room assignment, tracking, and data integrations. Manage approximately 41,000 room records across the enterprise.
