In my present role, I spearhead comprehensive management of concurrent projects each averaging $5K - $15M per year, including budget management, requirements definition, project scope evaluation, proposal creation, stakeholder communication, needs assessment, timeline management, and problem resolution. I oversee a 10-member team of project managers, engineers, and project planners as well as $750K in monthly accounts receivable and prepare and present monthly forecasts to the Senior Project Manager. Some key achievements from this role include: -- Appointed Project Lead for a significant offshore installation initiative surrounding a key client account spanning a $7M annual portfolio, $15M in refurbishment nuances, and end-to-end resource allocation (2016). -- Mentor Project Managers and Deputy Project Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure project management best practices and timely completion. -- Selected to remain as a core team member following the large-scale merger of Technip and FMC Technologies.

I was recruited by program leaders to pioneer, execute, and maintain a lasting business development model through a project management lens, particularly grant/fund management, the oversight of the international students & scholars program, customer outreach, quality assurance, strategic planning, metrics reporting, stakeholder relations, and operations management. Some key achievements from this role include: -- Built and coached a high-impact, 24-member team to successfully develop a new training school. -- Boosted annual funding by 20% to enhance educational service offerings, prompting the recruitment of 6 instructors, 6 teaching assistants, and 1 administrative support staff from Korea and China. -- Secured $2M in funds for said training school via the Defense Language and National Security Education Office (DLNSEO) on an annual basis. -- Overhauled and automated existing language training center to expand clientele base, boost profitability, and increase client retention. -- Promoted into role following 1 year as Public Education Specialist (2010 – 2011).
