One of the divisions under my purview is the food and beverage division. By leveraging my extensive experience and connections in this area, I have been able to drive efficiencies in the division that has directly led to millions of dollars in pure profit for the organization. My unified leadership continued from my early role as Senior Director of Operations and extends to show and event production, security, and guest services departments. 🌟 Some notable highlights during this timeframe include:★ Identified, developed, project managed, and commissioned multiple building, production system, and security infrastructure upgrades as part of a multimillion-dollar, multi-phase capital project campaign that included upgraded dressing room and restroom facilities, modernized production lighting and audio systems, and replacing/upgrading aging infrastructure. ★ Negotiated union contracts/collective bargaining agreements with significant financial gains in bottom-line savings.★ Led center reopening campaign and mitigation efforts for controlling health risks, restoring business and revenue opportunities, and defining a multi-phased launch of business initiatives resulting in one of the shortest closures of any venue in the country.★ Revamped production service contracts to align with industry standards by establishing rate fees for equipment and service estimates, leading to incremental revenues generated from equipment rental fees.
