Leadership role in a dispersed team leading EU exit no-deal contingency planning across Defra policy and Whitehall. I gained broad exposure to policy development and Ministerial exposure in a rapidly changing political landscape.I led a virtual team from across the department to understand, quantify and plan mitigations for a series of issues not previously addressed by the Department. This successful piece of work became a key area where the project added value to the Department.
