As Vice President of Quality, I ensure that quality is at the forefront of Array’s mission to advance the future of clean energy around the globe. Along with my team, we champion a commitment to generating energy with integrity by continuously improving process, productivity, safety, and on time delivery. We do this by executing and delivering across an extensive quality portfolio which includes Customer Product Quality; Supplier and Array Plant Quality; Global Integrated Management System; Array Operating System (AOS); and ISO certification.Prior to Array, I was Senior Director for Grid Engineering at General Electric. In that role, I led a global team responsible for developing and sustaining Transmission applications that move 40% of the world’s electricity. With a focus on quality, innovation, and resiliency, my mission was to balance profitable growth with strategically managing costs and intelligently navigating risk.I have spent a career leading large transformation programs for customers globally. I’m a results-driven leader with demonstrated experience in the design, building, & execution of cost effective, quality-first solutions. I enjoy building and empowering highly effective, matrixed teams to deliver exceptional results in challenging environments. Since starting my career implementing production control systems for companies such as Coors Brewing and Montgomery Kone Elevators, I have built trusted partnerships through process improvement and product standardization. I have a passion for driving lean solutions and to this day, continue to seek opportunities to advise on product acquisition and deployment strategy through the utilization of innovative methods.I’ve been fortunate to have a career that has taken me around the world including holding key positions at SAP, Amkor Technology, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. I hold an MBA in Sales Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Systems, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. I’m certified member of the Project Management Institute and a die-hard fan of the Seattle Mariners. Go M’s!
