Ingrid’s founder, Mr. Tan Chye Kin holds an MBA from UK and has more than nineteen years experience in management consultancy. He assisted Singapore companies on Total Business Planning projects which were supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Productivity and Standards Board (PSB now known as SPRING Singapore). Some of the companies were subsequently listed in the Stock Exchange of Singapore. He was awarded Certificate of Commendation for Outstanding Delivery by the National Productivity Board (now known as SPRING Singapore) for several training programmes.Chye Kin is also the regional consultant for a leading water treatment company with strong presence in China and Indonesia, precision engineering firm and education institutes. He is a pioneer in venturing to western China and had assisted Chengdu and Sichuan government in investment promotion. From 2012 to 2013 Ingrid was appointed by Chengdu government to plan and execute its international brand and publicity programme in Singapore in conjunction with the Global Fortune Forum which was held in Chengdu in June 2013. Ingrid is now an International Partner of Can Tho University, jointly organising programs on investment for sustainable developments in Can Tho and Mekong Delta region which is supported by the Can Tho People’s Committee and Promotion Agency, Vietnam. Ingrid started its operations since 1998.
