Conor Kilroy is an executive with more than 15 years of legal experience advising public and private life sciences and other companies, including on licensing and other corporate transactions, collaborations and partnerships, securities laws, corporate governance, employment law, and intellectual property strategy. Conor is the General Counsel and Secretary at Aura Biosciences, Inc., a public, clinical-stage biotechnology company. Before joining Aura Biosciences, Conor was General Counsel and Secretary at Neurogastrx, Inc. Prior to Neurogastrx, Conor was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and served in roles of increasing responsibility over his more than seven years at the company. Earlier in his career, Conor was Corporate Counsel, Securities at Boston Scientific Corporation and practiced at the international law firm Goodwin Procter LLP. Conor holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
