 Developed the MEMS testing/bonding machine for the new product. Achieved the determination of the best component design for product. Achieved the first mile stone of the component bonding process. Leaded a team to plan and to achieve the testing project for key components. Worked with a Germany vendor to establish a mass production bonding machine and to achieve an accuracy of 2μm by accomplishing the problem-isolating and trouble-shooting the physical problem. Stabilized the machine process to be mass-producible.

 Optimized the balance between power consumption to the sensitivity of infrared heart rate measurement device inside this wireless mouse. Studied and implemented the algorithm of pressure evaluation and emotion detection.  Worked with another engineer and produced the prototype of the first heart rate measuring mouse in the world.
