"Design is the silent ambassador of your brand."— Paul RandAs a designer, I am very focused on balance, intention, and purpose. Marty Neumeier once said, “A brand is a person’s gut feeling about [your] product, service, or organization.” If you currently have a business, you already have a brand, and it communicates something to your customers even if you’re not actively engaged in shaping that experience. That’s why it’s so important to be proactive about building a brand that professionally and intentionally communicates your business’ benefits and attributes. It is so essential for me to genuinely seek to understand you — your values, your desires, your goals, your characteristics, your quirks — being a good designer often requires a cross-functional understanding of marketing, psychology, and research. And in a lot of ways, it also means being a good listener. On a personal level, I would consider myself warm and dependable. I take my responsibilities seriously and will work hard to assure that things get done. As an ISFJ (Myers-Briggs), I want to believe the best of people. I value harmony and cooperation tend to work well both in teams and independently. I am a firm believer that compassion, empathy, and positive feedback are the best motivators, and strive to treat people with respect and kindness, both professionally and personally. "Working with Caitlin has been nothing short of incredible. Her sweet and caring personality combined with her professionalism, talent, and creativity make her a true gem. She is timely in her delivery and always willing to go above and beyond to provide more than what you could have imagined."— Jessi Jean, SoBoss.co
