Responsible for Cell Manufacturing in Fab3.Manufacturing the highest efficiency & best reliable IBC N-type Solar cells!- Leading the Engineering and Manufacturing department 1200 headcounts ranging from deputy directors, managers, supervisors, technicians and operators.- Responsible to achieve Key Results of Total Conversion Cost, Reliability, Safety (recordable incident rate), downstream partners defect rate and Operation Yield%- Plan and roll out Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Headcounts, Cost – CAPEX & OPEX, Yield and Efficiency.- Ensure ALL safety and legal compliance within the factory and campus. - Drive cost of IBC PV cell to be market competitive; 2nd sourcing, process simplification, process elimination, technology transfer and etc. - Ensure Cell reliability via in house reliability monitoring program. (25 years warranty in the field) - Drive in-house equipment solution to have early detection; improve reliability, quality and cost (2nd sourcing, redesign of tool, Predictive maintenance, kaizen - reduce waste and lean approaches & etc).- Drive Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL) productivity.

- Manage a group of 58 engineers & associate engineers with 2 Section Managers & a Metrology team- Lead Unique Module Development (UMD) engineers to develop new Litho Module, support in Technology or Product transfer, evaluation of new material & etc. This group will also be involved in transfer such technology & product from Pilot Line to Mass Production.- Lead Fab6 TPC (Total Process Control) in providing roadmap to drive TPC goals in terms of OOC Rate (both inline and setup), Trouble Shooting Rate (TSR) and Cp/Cpk through FMEA, eSPC (Equipment SPC) reduction, early detection - equipment critical parameters review such as interlock & etc- Lead FAB2/3/5/6 Reticle Management Team, involving in daily operations problem solving, cost. quality improvement (reticle Cr and Quatz inspection and sampling plan) and provide road map for reticle management such as consolidation of ASML and Nikon alignment keys, overlay structures and etc- Lead FAB2/3/5/6 Photochemical Task Force involving projects such as Super RRC, Dummy Dispense Frequency Reduction, Photochemical Forecasting Methodology, Photochemical selection and consolidation, collaborating with Photochemical suppliers on cost projection such as resist shelf life extension, change in packaging & etc- Part of Lean Office to drive reduction in waste including PM job breakdown, PM work flow optimization, optimization of human utilization & etc- Fab6 PEACE/HEARTWARE champion driving culture change within Fab to change the culture of the workforce to work with heart and passion so as to improve Line Yield and Job Satisfaction- Maintain and improve equipment KPIs; availability, MTTI, MTTR, Fault/Move, PM Quality, PM on time, PM survival rate and PM time (part of Waste Mgmt – Lean Mfg), equipment upkeep cost and commodities (Photochemical)- Work on CIPs to drive cost reduction, cycle time reduction, line and die yield improvement through detection and preventions of scraps, excursions, defectivities and abnormalities.

Extend jobscope from Process Section Mgr to Module Mgr which including both Process & Equipment SectionCurrently mangaing a total of 68 headcounts including Assoicate Engineers to Section MgrTo map up module strategy and roadmap so to align with company goals & visions.To setup and measure KPI to ensure continuity monitoring and improvement such as Rework Rate, Equipment Availability, Equipment Error Rate, Cost for Equipment Upkeep and commodity (Photochemical), Scraps & etc

Optimising process parameters and preparation of various equipment for mass production.Performing process evaluation and participating in yield enhancement, Turn Around Time (TAT) reduction and etc. project.Involved in ISO9002 and ISO14001 certification for the company.
