At a large Belgian freight group, I was able to bring light and insights in some nontransparent processes that caused quality issues and absorbed a large excess of working capital. Both organizational and operational impact was tremendous as local management could dive into the numerous optimizations that the application brought forward. The business analytics application was build on the QlikView platform combining 8 different (planning/ERP/financial) systems. The solution grew in scope aswell as in users over a period of 1,5 years into the corporate reference on analysis and follow-up for the international operations. My job related on the gathering of business requirements, translation of requirements into IT needs, transformation of available data into actionable insights, support of business owners.

Management & execution of large project on building a management cockpit on credit managment solution (OnGuard). Analysis of proven credit management KPIs (DSO, SWDSO, DOO, CEI, etc..), discussion of best possible visualisation techniques & simulation of improvements on costs associated with custom workflows. The application succesfuly overviewed around € 80M of open receivables continuously for a technology group consisting of around 150 companies.
