I am the former M.D. of Claims Management & Adjusting Ltd (CMA), as of early 2024, 'Technical Director'. I am focused on constantly improving our operations. CMA, www.cmaclaims.co.uk, provides insurers and their representatives with the highest level of claims handling and analysis, concerning all aspects of vehicle theft and Road Traffic Collisions (RTC’s), for example:• Theft/recovery enquiries - from RNoL to settlement• MoJ (portal) notifications• Low Speed Impacts (LSI)• Liability and indemnity statements/investigations• Fraud enquiries – substantiating or negating concerns • Third-party property damage; Crown property (Highways England) impacts, residential and commercial property reinstatement• Tracing & research of individuals, businesses and vehicles. CMA are well known for solving problems through an indirect, often creative approach using reasoning that is not immediately obvious. We obtain information that may not be obviously available by using traditional step-by-step logic.We also strive to help Innocent Purchasers (IP) resolve title disputes and address diminution in value issues, such as undisclosed total loss history and ‘clocking’ frauds. We investigate for information suppliers, enabling them to make informed decisions about alleged service failings. Our clients include MyCarCheck, MotorCheck.ie and the RAC Passport.CMA is constantly seeking to expand and improve upon the services offered to insurers, data suppliers, finance companies victims of crime and the police to ensure car crime and spurious claims are identified, resisted and reduced.Appropriate claims are paid the appropriate amount, inappropriate advances are weeded out and a deterrent is provided.I am also a member of IAATI, a former membership secretary - www.iaati.org.uk, and a member of the Association of British Investigators.
