CurrentThe HR Dept Vale of York support businesses and organisations in the City of York, Malton, Pickering, Thirsk, Northallerton, Easingwold and surrounding areas with a wide range of professional and practical HR services. We offer a flexible and cost effective way to benefit from our extensive HR knowledge and experience. We work directly with local businesses, offering an advice line service to manage day to day queries, but also provide support with one off requests or projects. All HR matters are covered, including, contracts of employment, development of policies and procedures, design of staff handbooks, disciplinary and grievance issues, recruitment campaigns, absence and performance management. We also design and deliver engaging training workshops.
