Through organic growth, acquisition and strategic initiatives Providence Bank and Trust has grown in 20 years to a 1.6 billion dollar Financial Institution with 14 branches, while maintaining our strong culture of belonging and ownership. With more than 25 years in Banking and Human Resource leadership, I currently have oversight of the Human Resources, Retail and Marketing Divisions ensuring that departmental and organizational objectives are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. I work closely with community partners, and non for profit customers through the Bank’s Stewardship Program which aligns with my passion for non for profit work.
