Started on a software engineering program conducting FQTs (Formal Quality Tests) and analyzing the results to confirm all requirements from the SRS (software requirements specification) were met. Selected for Engineering Leadership Development Program. (July 2010) Three year rotational program with a focus in leadership and technical development training. Rotation 1: Detailed Design, Code Development, Unit Test, and Integration.Rotation 2: Backend communication between multiple devices using QT software.Rotation 3: Software Complexity Reduction, Software Modernization of Legacy Code. Revamped the SRS so tractability was current.Rotation 4: Front end OS development working on Windows 7 Embedded to reduce start up time and add STIG requirements to make OS IA compliant. Rotation 5: Tracking Mission Success Events for the Business Area, Coordinating Program Reviews and creating out briefs that highlight risks for each program reviewed, and used share point 2010 to create a self survey to help find areas to improve in for PMs.
