Responsible for designing and implementing office policies by establishing new standards and procedures, measuring results and monitoring office improvements. My “official” title is Practice Manager & Client Relationship Director and although this may be broad sweeping the key focus of my role within the company is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business and to be the first point of contact for all our clients. This includes everything from the initial discovery stages and gathering information to make a full assessment, right through to maintaining the longer term relationship and managing regular reviews and reports. Aside from the reward of working closely with our clients my role within the company also allows me to directly influence our Wealth Management process and to provide input and regular reviews of how we run things to ensure we are always improving where we can and offering the best possible Wealth Management solution. Everything I am involved in on a daily basis allows me to draw on my key strengths which are organisation and an eye for detail and this allows me to offer the right support to the rest of the team and the best service for our clients.
