I started in the same time as the Reed exhibitions campaign start as a Sales Agent. - Selling exhibition spaces for companies in France, UK or USA to go all over the world to exhibit their products or services;from June, I diversified my activities and became assistant team Manager:- added to my calls I was in charge of some statistics for the team and some reports for the client, and helped to trained new agents.From end of September until March, I was the team Manager for Reed Exhibitions campaign.- Managing the team day to day (targets, IT and data issues)- Do reportings and feedback for the client (Reed Exhibitions)- Participation to the recruitment and training of new agents.

I worked as a Junior Manager in London Fleet Street Branch and I was in charge alone of the Shop during one month were I did the turnover increase, in comparison with the same period of the year before.

I did an internship in centralized Purchasing as a progress agent. I participated in the implementation of this new organization for exemple in process elaboration, a communication plan and also Supplier management tools. I added new skills with this internship as work in a male and technical environment and respect the processes that are used.

I worked in Advertising an Onlne Section. I was in charge of website hotel section improvment. I also participated to advertising activities. This experience enabled me to developp skills for team working, and also made me responsible for a project from beginning to the end (developement, improvment, analyzes and modifications) and developp a sens of customer service.
