Finely Tuned is an events and touring company specialising in music. Events include one-off performances, touring shows, pop-up bars, festivals and brand activations. Overall role included:- Event Management - overall budget, venue, ticketing, box office, event crew, accreditation, comms and production;- Tour Management - all touring logistics for 30+tours per year for visiting international bands and DJ's;- Stakeholder and vendor management;- Contracting - venues, artist agents, promoters and sponsors;- Accounts - receivable and payable.

Rhythm & Vines and Rhythm & Alps are annual music and camping festivals over three days of the New Year period on both the North and South Islands of New Zealand. From pre-event planning to show days to post-festival, I managed the back-stage and artist logistics process across 5 stages and 130 artists at each event being asked to return back each year by the festival. For the 2013/2014 festivals, I sourced and mentored my successor into the role. Specific responsibilities included:- Oversee all artist requirements and logistics including accommodation, commercial and charter flights, ground transport, catering, riders, dressing rooms and communications;- Stakeholder management including Festival Directors, artist agents, finance, tour managers, record labels, press and other festival divisions;- Source, train and manage Artist Liaison team.
