I joined Pearson Hards’ Dispute Resolution team in 2013 from a City law firm, where I had worked for 7 years. I specialise in all aspects of Dispute Resolution, including property litigation (residential and commercial), contract disputes, negligence claims and employment settlement agreements.I have a practical approach to problem solving which aims to give the client the best advice to lead to a cost effective outcome. My approach includes an analysis of the dispute itself, and assessing the client’s overall needs and taking into account the potential costs of litigation. I have experience of the various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and negotiation between the parties. Where appropriate, I will encourage clients to consider this as an alternative to litigation.I have an extensive range of Dispute Resolution experience, both for individual and commercial clients, and I am always keen to take on new and challenging cases.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I have two children, who keep me busy.
