Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a M.Ed in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. Being a BCBA has given me skills to service children on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA I have learned to systematically write behavior plans to increase and decrease behaviors, analytically think through the whys of behaviors along with increasing my knowledge of programming, implementing new behavioral programs and increasing my knowledge of the business side of a company. Being a BCBA and Assistant Clinical Director who has helped open 2 centers, I have learned the process and dedication of what it takes to run a successful ABA center. Integrity, ethical morals and passion for the field has been a foundation to being a successful BCBA. My success as a BCBA comes from also having years of experience teaching children with and without disabilities. Being a lead teacher in preschool classrooms has given me skills to not only work with children through some of the best practices but to teach other teachers how to teach and work with children.
