I have an AAS in Construction Management from Hudson Valley Community College, where I learned the fundamentals of planning, budgeting, and executing construction projects. I am currently working as a Field Representative at DASNY, where I oversee the quality and progress of various public works contracts in Upstate NY. I am also the Owner and Guide of Grizzly Adventures, a woman-owned hiking guide service that helps other women achieve their goals through adventuring outdoors.In both of my roles, I use my time management and data entry skills to ensure that the projects and trips are completed on time and within the scope. I also enjoy public speaking and engaging with diverse audiences, whether it is interacting with contractors and other state agencies, or sharing the stories and tips of the trails with the clients. I am passionate about empowering women and creating inclusive and supportive environments in the construction and outdoor industries. I believe that I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
