    I worked as a Senior Project Manager within Capital One’s IT department delivering complex projects within the ‘Partnership’ and ‘PCI’ programmes. The partnerships programme supported Capital One’s strategy for the growth of acquisition through acquiring customers via partnership, and as such required the implementation of new capabilities throughout the organisation and IT systems. My role as project manager on this programme was to manage the delivery of ‘partner’ branding capability across all correspondence and collateral, enabling branded (or co-branded) according to the defined strategy at varying points of the customer journey. This required development across eight internal systems, two 3rd parties’ systems and the design, development and implementation of a new Oracle RAC Database. The change impacted all current and future customer correspondence and collateral. My role on the PCI programme was the project management for data remediation of Capital One’s loan system and database. Customer’s credit card numbers were being stored within the loans system, in both fixed and free format fields not meeting PCI regulations.
