Having worked in busy, fast paced office environments for a number of years I have amassed valuable experience as well as a varied range of skills including; problem solving, multitasking, account management and invoice query processing to name just a few.I am a reliable, friendly person who approaches my work with enthusiasm, diligence and attention to detail. In addition, I pride myself on my professionalism and dedication to my company and its customers, striving to go the extra mile wherever possible.Currently I work home based as a customer advisor processing client queries via inbound calls and emails for SME/Major business account holders. I am now looking to challenge myself and progress my career into a more dedicated account manager role, where I am able to work with my strengths of building new relationships and maintaining client accounts.
