Responsible for leading all global external communications, fostering an international community and enhancing global recognition while continuously adapting sales campaign messages for postgraduate student recruitment.This includes: - Develop and refine content for a variety of channels, including social media, websites, PR materials, and student blogs.- Orchestrate seamless collaborations with creative agencies, ensuring that all content created aligns with the School’s overarching strategy and brand. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and journalists, ensuring regular and accurate coverage of the business school's activities and achievements.- Generate monthly analytics reports, extracting key insights to shape future campaign strategies.

The main administrator responsible for coordinating with both the Sales and Marketing teams in achieving sales targets through postgraduate student recruitment. This includes: - Manage the main admissions inbox and forward essential emails to designated recruitment officers.- Collaborate with student scholarship winners to generate student-focused social media content including Instagram/Facebook takeovers, informative videos, and engaging photo essays. - Maintain regular updates on Trinity Business School's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter) for upcoming events, research highlights, and school news.- Coordinate with the Marketing Officer to ensure smooth functioning of the Business School website, implementing updates from staff and promptly addressing any IT service issues.- Partner with the Communications & PR Officer to create blog posts, edit news articles for the School website, and produce ezines using Mailchimp.

Student Support Services at Trinity College Business School- Responsible for MSc Finance, Financial Risk Management, and Law & Finance programmes- Handle all staff and student queries through email and by Office support window- Organize and publish all examinations through Blackboard (Semester 2 and Semester 1 supplementals included)- Handle all pay claims from programme staff and students - Liaise with businesses in and outside of Trinity for programme social events- Communicate with students through the appropriate Blackboard module pagesSales and Marketing at Trinity College Business School - Migrating the entire TBS website from Adobe Dreamweaver to Terminal 4- Project due to be released early August

- Write a report on online archival resources available for UCD students during the Covid-19 restrictions titled, "Irish Women at Work Archive" - Assist UCD Professor Irial Glynn in interviewing academics from various fields of study for a podcast series on the history of nativism and anti-immigration sentiment- Edit audio of interviews using Audacity- Conduct a study of HistoryHub.ie's content and write a proposal on how to improve audience engagement through social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and content creation.
