Lee created the proprietary e-tool that provides the scaffolding for participants’ experience in the Sprint™ as well as rich data for organizations to guide their on-going developmental efforts. The Developmental Sprint® and accompanying e-tool have been used by thousands of TDE clients to create meaningful, long-lasting, positive change. Inside and outside of the Sprint™ context, Lee provides executive coaching to clients in a way makes a deep and lasting impact on individuals and teams. Her ability to both challenge and support those she coaches was perhaps best expressed by the members of an executive team who had wristbands made up for each of them with the letters “WWCMMD” on them. (“What Would Claire Make Me Do?”) In addition to her client work, Lee leads TDE’s accounting and business development teams and serves as TDE’s data protection officer for GDPR compliance. She began her career in supply chain and sales management, rising to the level of plant manager for Alcon in China.
