With over 4 years of experience in the social care sector, I am passionate about providing support and advocacy to individuals and families facing various challenges and barriers. My field of expertise is community development, and I hold a diploma in legal studies and practice. I am currently a social care worker, where I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and interventions to people with complex psychological and sociological profiles.I engage in developing and implementing individualised support plans, focusing on therapeutic outcomes and independent living skills. I also play a key role in facilitating the stability of the psychological and emotional health of the individuals in my care. Additionally, I work as a locum at Novas Ireland, where I provide comprehensive support to families living in homeless shelters and emergency accommodation. I use my skills in social development and operations to ensure the safety and security of the residents and staff, and to maintain and update the service procedures.
