• To plan and forecast sales orders and buy for China Group (China, HK/TWN, Korea). • To ensure that the right assortments are created for the IFS stores and to actively trade the plans in season. • To deliver the market input into the global planning process as defined and working in conjunction with China & AP B&M teams• Ensuring that the range delivered both meets and exceed the needs of customers, in order to maximize sales and increase market share• Work with the China Buying team to deliver the appropriate range architecture for the specified markets and channels• Develop differentiated assortment plans, dependent upon, and appropriate to the specified market, channel and target audience.• Communicate the OTB planning and forecast for markets of China group• Suggest seasonal Buy strategy to build appropriate inventory to support the sales, specifically for the new stores plan• Co-Work with Sales & Op teams to manage the target stocks to maximise sales and margin• Ensure Orders reflect proposed assortments and amend as appropriate• Work with IFS / EC teams to trade what being agreed and planned for specified trading• Manage to lead B&M actions calendar with HQ supply chain & AP B&M teams• Provide continuous improvement suggestions on action plan calendar.• Provide weekly sales performance analysis including sales achievement with discount rate, sell-thru% by different product perspectives and so on.• Work closely with retail/wholesale/EC team to manage in-season stock transfer, including new season launch, replenishment, special promotion support and season end sales arrangement. • SAP system work
