During a restructure I implemented standard operation procedures document for the team.Relationship building with internal teams, external stakeholders and providers helped develop new products and business. Maintaining high level support to National Association events to provide volunteers training and events.My key successes were reaching four month sales target of £50K in three months, increasing quality feedback from 67% to 82% whilst managing online presence and social media reach over 60% on previous quarter. Coordinating the travel arrangements and bookings for volunteers, staff and CEO was a key part of my role. I independently coordinated the International Forum for all UK Scout International Advisers within budget of £10,000, from workshops, marketplace and catering. As the point of contact for all UK Scout International trips I managed the database and reports for Grants. Working with the Duke of Edinburgh Team I supported national managers to deliver training events, process the Gold Award recipients and assist the team to deliver the annual Day of Celebration at Windsor.
