• Producing reports for Health and Safety audits on our basement and underpinning sites• Keeping the training matrix updated for 80 site operatives – booking operatives onto specific training (NVQ’s, SSSTS, Scaffold Safety Inspection etc.) and make sure all operatives have up to date toolbox talks• Organising and planning the venues for training, preparing operatives for training and receiving feedback after training has been completed• Organising the training budget plan, managing the CITB levy and grant and managing training plans for site and office staff• Complete daily work sheet reviews and hand-arm vibration reports for all sites• Support the commercial team with generating invoices weekly and assist with job costings monthly• Attend a contracts team meeting fortnightly, which I minute and distribute to the team• Monitor all equipment on site – make sure all is in date for calibration and arrange re-testing when required• Attended a 3 day course on QMS ISO 9001:2008. I am now competent to deliver in-house audits and recognise if a system is a non-conformance to the quality manual, and will administer continual improvement• CSCS visitor card holder for site visits• Administrative duties to four contract managers: filing, stationary orders, telephone enquiries, distributing post, photocopying and faxing
