Claire is a consultant focused on how the ideas and practices of modern management contribute to human flourishing. She has 20+ years of experience in designing dialogues and programs to advance a more inclusive, just and sustainable version of capitalism. Claire currently serves as Advisor to Slow Talk, an early-stage b-corp; and as Advisor to the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program, where she founded and leads the Aspen Undergraduate Consortium.Claire’s early career experiences include two years at a boutique management consulting firm that specialized in systems thinking and seven years in direct human service roles with the elderly, women in recovery, and refugees. She holds a BA from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
