I have been passionate about natural health for many years and am a qualified Acupuncturist, Naturopath and Iridologist. My training was undertaken at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and I am also a member of the British Acupuncture Council, the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the Acupuncture Fertility Network.Following the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I believe in treating the mind, body and spirit as a whole. By treating each person as an individual, rather than focusing on illness, I feels it is possible to promote a healthy body and mind.I use both traditional and modern TCM techniques which include; acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, electro acupuncture and gua sha.My naturopathy training includes; Bach Flowers, tissue salts, nutrition, homeopathy and herbs. As an Iridologist, I find the study of the iris fascinating. Used as a diagnostic tool, it can show constitutional strengths and weakness, genetic predispositions and an overall state of health. Being able to access this knowledge about ourselves truly empowers us to take the best care of our health.
