I am equally happy to work on my own and work well within a team. I am trustworthy and consistent at work and able to work to tight timescales multi tasking and using my time wisely. I have good communication skills and have good knowledge of IT and using the various applications that goes with it. I am more than willing to take on further education to enable me to embrace and assist any new work role that comes my way. Other qualities that I have gained at other employment is handling money (while working at Forward Travel), taking balances and ensuring the cash/cheques balanced on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I also issued currency and insurance policies, often assisting in filling out travel claims. I have also managed a team while working at Parceline, which I coached and developed effectively to maximise there full potential, and worked closely with management and supported with process changes. I built good working relationships and rapport with customers, reviewing and maintaining their accounts and resolving any issues they may have. I am able to keep calm under pressure and have a very diplomatic and calm disposition. I am conscientious at work and ensure that when I take on a new role I fullfill it in every way to the best of my ability. I am professional , skilled and work hard to become an expert in any new field.
