As a designer in a small firm, I worked on all of my projects from concept planning at the start of the project, managing clients and their expectations all the way though to finalising the last lamp shade that will finish the space. I designed and documented highly detailed construction drawings for all building work to one off furniture pieces for individual projects. I worked closely with client and contractors throughout the building process, managing all issues on site and working out appropriate solutions. Within these projects I have managed both builders and clients from the inception through to completion; including planning, building costing, relationship management between all stakeholders, certification and time management. I worked closely with our director to develop marketing and promotional portfolio books that has been distributed to design professionals all over the world at the 2010 Venice architectural biannual and the 2011 Queensland HEAT architectural visit to Shanghai.
