I set up Sugar Snub in 2015 with an aim to educating people on the dangers of excess sugar in the modern diet. I'm the author of Sugar Snub Food Guide, a unique book encouraging people to reduce sugar consumption, with lists of supermarket foods in order of sugar content using the traffic light system. It enables people to shop sugar smart.The company offers workshops and talks to schools, companies and health clubs.
