- Mapping and assessment of business processes, systems and tools - analysis of KPIs status.- Alignment of data systems : CRM/Project Tracking - Invoicing/accounting - Financial analysis- Launch of new company branding and business development tools- Review of master contracts and agreements.

Ongoing support to private and not-for-profit clients, high level executives and individuals.- Business continuity, association governance and operations support (GBPN Association)- Data research, interviews & analysis resulting in client's program fact sheets. - Life coaching and personal development coaching of individuals and professionals.- Translations, editing & reviews of RFPs and grant proposals.
