Passionate about People, Performance and Development.Having achieved a Bachelors degree in Law, I immersed myself in the legal field for a brief period before realising my calling lay elsewhere.Eager to expand my horizons, I pursued a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource Management with the National College of Ireland, fuelling my curiosity and enthusiasm for my chosen career path, while gaining the necessary practical experience as a Grad in Three Ireland. During this experience, I gained invaluable insights into all facets of the HR function, from business partnering and stakeholder management to HR systems and reporting, recruitment, and employee relations. I honed my skills and developed a holistic understanding of what it takes to thrive in a People team.Now, as a People Generalist at Circit, I intend to use my multifaceted background and expertise to drive initiatives that empower employees, attract and retain top talent and ensure the greatest efficiencies in our People Team.
